Elementary Bread Baking

  •  Grind grain into flour with bicycle-powered mill.
  • Mix with yeast and water.
  • Bake in portable “Roccbox” oven.

Next-stage Bread Baking
Learn sourdough and powder-yeast baking. We’ll mix water, flour and salt and do a tiny knead. We then bake lovely bread in tins and/or bread molds. Take home some dough to bake for yourself.

Warning: Slight risk of sticky fingers!
